A newly revealed secret internal IRS memo reveals that the IRS not only didn't want to settle with Trump and wipe away his tax liability to boot, but they wanted the DOJ to move to immediately dismiss the case because it was filed too late, blaming Alina Habba.  Popok takes a close look at the reports on the memo, and explains why Trump's AG Blanche has abused a federal statute about who can stop an audit and waive tax liability which will be a the heart of the soon to be file suits to block Trump from avoiding up to $100 million in tax liaibity!
