Popok reports on the latest filing by the top leadership echelon of the DOJ to defend Trump's illegal Ballroom plan, where they not only lie to Judge Leon about who is paying for the Ballroom, lie about the White House Correspondents Dinner, but they inadvertently reveal secret and critical components of Trump's once "Top Secret" Military and Hospital bunker, including unique aspects of the electrical, venting and security systems.

Popok reports on Trump getting caught trying to pull a fast one and use a Federal Judge in Miami as pawn to fraudulently settle a made up lawsuit against his own IRS in order to enter into a "fraudulent" settlement that the DOJ is not empowered to enter into, as 93 House Members file a motion to get Judge Williams to put a stop to the $1.7 billion slush fund creation.

Popok reports on Senator Van Hollen of Maryland hammering away on some of the final nails in the professional coffin of FBI Dir. Kash Patel, as he maneuvered him into publicly promising to take a written Sobriety test, then watched as he broke the promise, leading Van Hollen to declare in an interview on Sunday that Patel is frequently "incapacitated" and unable to do his job and has "compromised" the FBI and its responsibilities, and calling for his immediate firing.

Popok reports on the Senate Parliamentarian blocking the MAGA Republicans to have the US Taxpayer and voter foot a $1 billion dollar bill for Trump's "taxpayer free" Ballroom in an unrelated immigration funding bill, and how Democrats will make the Republicans and Trump pay for the attempt to steal the taxpayer's dollars at the polls.

Popok comments on new reports that when he became Deputy Attorney General a year ago, Todd Blanche, now acting AG, was instructed by the DOJ's then ethicist (now fired), that he could not be involved with any DOJ matters involving Trump in his personal capacity.  Yet that is ALL that Blanche has done from the beginning, while blowing kisses at Trump from his press conferences.  Which Bar will seek to discipline or disbar Blanche when he is finally out of the DOJ is the real question that Popok answers on his latest hot take.

Popok reports on a highly skeptical Federal Appeals Court in DC, led by two Obama appointees, likely blocking Trump's efforts to punish Law Firms that represent his adversaries or enemies by taking away their security clearance, putting them on a blacklist and taking away up to 60% of their revenue.  This is another example of Trump's attacks on law schools, Bar Associations, and law firms resulting in spectacular failure.

Popok reports on the stench of presidential failure following the Trump Administration to China, as Trump's team was literally pushed around by the Chinese showing no respect for Trump; Melania and the embattled Commerce Sec Howard Lutnick stayed home, and the Chinese Communist Party showed Trump who's boss.  By the end of the 2 day debacle, Xi was stronger, Trump weaker, with Trump actually inviting the Communist Party that spends much of its time spying on and hacking America, into America's Main Street with intelligence operations posing as business investment.
