Trump finally figured out that he is likely to lose at the Supreme Court who will likely strike down his Tariff scheme and force him to pay back hundreds of billions of dollars, and in a 12:37 am rant, is already blaming his Solicitor General John Sauer for the loss! Popok reports on Trump finally figuring out that he's been lied to by his DOJ and that the oral argument went so horribly for him that even Trump judges won't agree with him.

The Trump Administration isn't content with just starving Americans to death by cutting off their food funding, they have raced to the 7th Circuit Appeals Court for permission to beat them too, and use unreasonable force against First Amendment protestors, journalists, veterans, and clergyman, including tackling them, hitting them with their cars, and firing tear gas and pepper balls at them. Popok updates on a fast moving story of Judge Ellis entering a Preliminary Injunction to stop the abuse of First Amendment Protestors, and the Trump Administration asking the 7th Circuit to stay her order.

In breaking news, a second federal judge, following the lead of Chief Judge McConnel, has issued a new restraining order blocking the Trump Administration from clawing back the $5 billion in SNAP anti hunger payments they made to 1 in 8 Americans who live below the poverty line, at the same time that the First Circuit blocked Trump from refusing to pay hungry Americans the rest of the money he owes them, all according to the plan set in motion by Justice Jackson, who is requiring the Trump Admin to tell the Supreme Court tonight why they need to starve Americans while the Government remains shut down.

We are now on a 48 hour clock to see if the Supreme Court will allow Trump to starve Americans, who are checking their SNAP/anti hunger payment accounts hourly to see if they can feed their families today or not. Popok explains that with the new First Circuit denial of Trump's request to not make another of $3 billion in payments to hungry American families below the poverty line, he is now forced, because of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's masterful decision over the weekend, to publicly go to the Supreme Court and ask them and the MAGA6 to let him starve Americans.

In breaking news, the Supreme Court has for now rejected an effort by MAGA conservatives to have the Court overturn the constitutional right to same sex marriage, there not being at least 4 votes at a consideration conference to take up the matter on appeal. Popok dissects the case of Kim Davis, the Kentucky clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to sam sex couples 10 years ago, and the MAGA movement hitting a brick wall for now to take away this key constitutional marriage right despite Justice Thomas working hard to get it overturned.

In a scorching dissent addressed to the MAGA 6 on the Supreme Court, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson took her title seriously, and metes out justice to protect the transgender American community who are being forced to have their "gender assigned at birth" listed on their passports, not for some legitimate "foreign affairs" reason, but because Trump hates the community. Popok reports that KBJ callis out her brethren for "misunderstanding the assignment" when Trump files an emergency appeal, improperly picking "winner and losers" on cases that are not yet developed and ignoring the psychological and emotional harm to a fragile population in our society that needs protection, on his latest hot take.

The Trump Administration has already refused to comply with a court order of Chief Judge McConnell forcing him to "care about Americans" and feed the poor by paying out SNAP anti-hunger payments to 42 million Americans by Friday. Popok reports on the new emergency order, and the immediate appeal by the Trump Administration moments later.
