Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Coach Sash to the podcast for a great conversation about his coaching journey, his first season with the Iowa Hawkeyes and what’s ahead for the program.
Coach Sash takes us through his path from Indian Hills to DMACC, Drake, and now Iowa, where he helped guide the Hawkeyes to a historic Elite Eight run, the program’s first appearance in 39 years.
We talk about the emotions of that unforgettable season, what made this Iowa team so special, and what fans can expect heading into the 2026–2027 season.
Unfortunately, our video file was corrupted, so this episode is audio-only, but trust us, it’s still a great one.
Thanks for listening, and enjoy the conversation!
