Like a lot of people, I bet you’ve felt the urge to give up on something at some point this year. With the new year up ahead, and people searching for fresh starts and new goals to accomplish, I want to encourage you to not give up on your dreams.
I feel like almost all of us have heard the quote “you will never always be motivated so you must learn to be disciplined”. But what if we could always be motivated?
My goal in life is to be happy and be fulfilled….and if that’s your goal too then why not spend time doing more of what we love and less of the things we think we should be doing? Here's how you can start doing more of what you love in 4 easy steps.
This message is for the person that's been in a dark season. Being in a dark season is something we've all experienced and it's not easy to navigate on our own, let alone admit to anyone that we're in one. But this message is to encourage you that your victory is on the horizon and your dark season is not permanent.
let’s be real, it feels good to be SEEN and be loved. We all have this innate desire to be understood…and in an overwhelming world, we want to be able to share our feelings, thoughts and perspectives with the people closest to us. Being misunderstood feels lonely. It makes communication frustrating, exhausting and disappointing. But how we respond to being misunderstood will be the difference between spending a long chunk of time trying to correct other people’s misperceptions or being free to carry on with our life no matter what others think of us.

I want to invite you to keep your holidays happy. The holiday season isn’t wonderful for everyone. It’s been marketed as the most wonderful time of the year, full of joy and excitement, but for many of us the holiday season can bring on feelings of disappointment, loneliness and financial and emotional stress. Even though holiday depression isn’t an actual medical diagnosis, the holiday season has so many potential stress and depression triggers.

Boost your productivity in just an hour a day. We’re all bombarded with so many tasks throughout the day that sometimes it can seem overwhelming just thinking of getting everything done. We need a reliable way to get these tasks done that maybe don’t rank high on our joyful list but are important to get done so they don’t create stress and problems later on.
Something I’ve had to learn is that when you’re starting something, you feel inspired and self confident! But it’s our perceived lack of time that springs on the self doubt…The questions like “will I be able to endure the ups and downs?’…’Can I really inspire and help others?!’…..’will other people really like this as much as I do?! All start to pop up. And that’s the imposter! The voice of self doubt.
