Francesa Ritchie has become one of the best sheath makers in the world.  In addition to sheaths Francesca and her husband Zach have quickly grown their company into a highly successful leather goods business. 

Her career started as a young girl under the eye of her Master Bladesmith father Aaron Wilburn.  She quickly grew out from under her fathers shadow and now cast a huge shadow of her own in the leather world.  Francesca's ability to manipulate and die leather to get whatever look she wants is incredible. 

What's more incredible is the young age at which she has accomplished her goals.  Francesca is a wonderful role model for young people and especially young women.  As a women in a largely mans world she has staked her claim to her territory and gained the respect of the entire industry.

Montanan Jeff Shapiro lives life to the fullest.  As a competitive paraglider Jeff has seen more places on earth than most of us ever will.  Jeff is the guy who doesn't just dream of things to do.  He thinks of them and then does it!    Besides paragliding around the world Jeff also is an accomplished rock climber, base jumper, pilot, and falconer.  His drive to live his passion is an example for all to follow.  Beside being an adventurer Jeff is a fantastic father with a great view on life and parenting.  As you can hear in this podcast Jeff is humble and kind.  It was truly an honor having Jeff on and hopefully we can get him on again to tell some stories.  Check Jeff out on IG @jeffreyshapiro
