In this first episode of the Courageous Journeys® Podcast, I share a brief introduction and the journey that led me to being here with you. I’ll share the moment that was the catalyst for my healing and ultimately my work as a childhood trauma therapist and my desire to create, and the importance of, community on this healing journey. 

My hope is to inspire you to allow yourself to dream of things you’ve held yourself back from believing could truly be possible for you. Healing is possible. And, together we heal.
