Your life is marked not just by seasons, but by different aspects of your life in a particular season. Our lives happen in the blink of an eye. And the season we're in—whether it's an awesome season or a really hard season, or one that we’re loving or we’re ready to get out of—is just a season.

It might feel like it defines you. It might feel like it's going to be forever. But it doesn't, and it's not. I don't know what season you're in, but I'm here to remind you that you’re so much more than the season that you’re in. Your identity is not calculated by the season or your circumstances in your life. And when you remember that, refocus on that, and build your life on that truth, you actually can find strength and grace to get through it.

There’s a time for everything. There’s a time to start something and a time to end. There’s a time for every season under the heavens. So I want to ask you a few questions to help you process where you are in your season:

1. What season are you in right now? How would you describe it?
2. How does it feel?
3. Where do you need discernment right now?
4. How do you help yourself remember that you’re not the season you’re in?
