In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the very latest on the ice at Medstar Ice Complex. More and more players are beginning to show. There're so many players in fact that they're having to separate the practice in two. Having the veteran's practice and the young players second.

There has been some improvement with Nick Backstrom and Tom Wilson. Tom Wilson's targeted return date is early December. Nick Backstrom has been spending some time with the strength coach. Nick is taking it slow but is slated to return at some point next season.

The Capitals will feature some new jerseys this season. What will they look like.
