Who is Melisa?

Melisa Rosalez is an Empowerment Coach and founder of Sunshine Coaching. She is a Latina wife and mom of 4 beautiful individuals. Becoming an Entreprenuer and an Empowerment Coach, has provided opportunities for Melisa to do some deep-soul searching and has learned to heal her traumas and make significantly better choices, while still keeping her family values that served her family well. More importantly, she has learned how to help other Latino parents do same, which is one of her greatest passions. 

It was a long, and sometimes painful, road to get to this point in her life, and she desperately wished she had support from the Latino Community, which was not available at that time. As Hispanos/Latinos, we understand the complexities of our pain like no one else. So she decided to take on a research project to find other successful Latino parents who are out there supporting our community in their own ways. This is her heart behind this amazing summit. 

The summit is an interview series in which she is interviewing 40 other Latino Entrepreneurs who are making a difference (including me).
