HAPPY VALENTINES DAY FRIENDS!! This week's episode is short and sweet! When we think of Valentine's Day, we think of all the romantic things. But let's be real-Valentine's Day can look a lot different when you're knee deep in motherhood. It's not so much romance as it is about classroom parties, and cute Valentine's Day outfits for the kids. It seems like the focus has shifted somewhere along the way. Regardless, its important to remember that Valentine's Day is about love and connection-even if it looks a little different in this season of motherhood.

TO ALL THE BEAUTIFUL MOMS OUT THERE..treat yourself this Valentine's Day. Do one thing for yourself. YOU are appreciated and loved. YOU show the best appreciation and love to everyone around you...especially your kids! YOU are amazing and your efforts are appreciated!
