Actor, producer and writer Marshall Hilliard sat down with me in The Locher Room to look back at his time playing Hart Jessup on Guiding Light. Marshall gave us an update on Leonard Staab who he replaced in the role.

In addition to his role as Hart, Marshall appeared on Days of Our Lives, General Hospital and The Young and the Restless. Marshall also produced and starred in the 2007 film, Burn.

Actor Dominic Burgess sat down with The Locher Room to talk about his incredible career in film and television. He has appeared in over 30 primetime roles in some of the most popular hit series to hit the small screen.

Dominic received a ton of media attention and acclaim for his portrayal of Victor Buono in Ryan Murphy’s Feud: Bette and Joan. He recently appeared in Murphy’s new season of American Horror Story Delicate.

His first TV credit was on the BBC series and worldwide hit, Doctor Who. Domonic moved to Hollywood in 2007 and made subsequent appearances in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The Leftovers to name a few. He became a regular on the Disney hit series, A.N.T. Farm, and appeared as a recurring guest on The Magicians, The Good Place and The Flash. He also appeared as Mr. Vup in Star Trek: Picard.

Stephanie Sloane also got her dream job right out of college in 1990 when Meredith and Lynn hired her to be their assistant. After a 33-year run, Stephanie exited as VP, Editorial Director in October 2023 when the print edition of the magazine folded.

Get to know Lionel Cole, the Platinum selling, and internationally acclaimed entertainer as he sits down with me for an in-depth conversation in The Locher Room

Lionel will share stories about his time in the music industry, working with his idols, and growing up in the iconic Cole family. Lionel, is an American soul with a jazz heart and blues attitude.

Lionel Cole is from a storied musical family as he is the son of Freddy Cole, a Grammy nominated jazz vocalist, the nephew of Nat King Cole, and the cousin of Natalie Cole. Lionel’s music includes over 300 original works, performances with countless musical heavyweights such as Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson, and Joss Stone as well as producing numerous television and film compositions. Cole has also been featured as part of Robert Downey Jr’s band.

After an extended tour in Australia, Lionel is making his way to North America with performances in Georgia, South Carolina, and New York City.

Emmy Award and WGA winning writer Jamey Giddens was my guest in The Locher Room to look back at his career as the co-owner and editorial director of the popular entertainment news website DaytimeConfidential.com and as a co-host on the site’s companion podcast where he spent over a decade.

Jamey is the creator and executive producer of Ambitions, a steamy one-hour drama series from Will Packer Media and Lionsgate TV that aired on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in 2019. He helped develop Urban Movie Channel’s (UMC) hit, long-running dramedy The Rich and The Ruthless, co-writing the first season of episodes.

Jamey also worked at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for over a decade as a communications specialist during the H1N1, Ebola, and opioid epidemics. Jamey is currently on the writing staff for Days of Our Lives, where he has won two Writers Guild of America Awards and one Daytime Emmy.

Singer, Actress and Content Creator Lolo (Lauren) Mayhew sat down with me to look back at her time playing “Marah Lewis” on Guiding Light and fill us in on what it has been like touring the US, South Africa, Belgium, Holland, Dubai, and Tokyo to enthusiastic crowds.

Lolo is currently a series regular in the DreamWorks hit animated series, TrollsTopia on Hulu and Peacock where she plays “Val Thundershock.” She has played this role for seven seasons. Lolo has also starred in Showtime’s Dexter, CSI, Law and Order, FOX’s 9-1-1, NBC’s Blacklist and most recently CBS’s FBI: Most Wanted.

In addition to her acting career, Lolo was previously signed to EPIC Sony & toured as an opening act with Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Destiny’s Child, and opened for Aerosmith at the Superbowl. Lolo is an accomplished songwriter who has licensed over 200 original songs to film, TV, and commercials. Her latest single

Daytime television veteran and my friend Vincent Irizarry sat down for a one-on-one interviewin The Locher Room the 40th anniversary of his daytime debut as “Brandon / Lujack Luvonaczek Spaulding” on CBS’s Guiding Light in 1983.

Vincent received his first Daytime Emmy nomination for the role in 1985. In addition to his role as Lujack, Vincent went on to play Dr. Scott Clark on Santa Barbara, Nick McHenry back on Guiding Light, Dr. David Hayward on All My Children, David Chow on The Young and the Restless and Deimos Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives.

Vincent has also starred in several TV movies and mini-series, such as Jackie Collins' Lucky Chances (opposite Sandra Bullock), Left to Die (opposite Barbara Hershey), and Lying Eyes, to name a few. His feature work has been opposite Clint Eastwood, (Heartbreak Ridge), Sissy Spacek (Marie: A True Story), and Worth, opposite Jeffrey Johnson, Eric Roberts, and Corey Feldman. His most recent Primetime work has been Guest Starring roles on NCIS:LA, Homeland, and Wild West Chronicles.
