I sat down with co-founders Eileen Lee and Martine Resnick to discuss how this new community they've started is now sparking a fire with women looking to connect and grow together.

Eileen's background in start-ups coupled with Martine's marketing and design roots made for an interesting dynamic and journey so far. I was fascinated to step into the vision of how women rise together.
