John Clark-Ginetti’s Martini

Ingredients

• 3 parts Plymouth Gin
• 2 parts Boissière Dry Vermouth
• Garnish: Lemon peel

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
