Bringing the latest from his adventures of discovering and exploring the many facets of health, David shares the latest happenings in the health and longevity. Bringing it home to the healing properties of simply embracing connection and community are explored early along with how to create the most incredible health and healing centres, which David is currently doing in Iceland.
We explore the greatest way of bringing about that daily detox and his favourite tool for doing that. Of course medicinal mushrooms are on the menu, especially chaga and reishi, where Dave gets deep into why and how these are symbiotic to our immunity and capacity to live a long and healthy life.
This is also the first time Dave announces his next Australian tour, set to begin in March 2017. This interview is a little snapshot of the content that he'll be dishing out to us then and will get you excited to delve more into the magic of this longevity lifestyle.

A funny, thought provoking and real conversation about health, not just coming from a philosophical standpoint, but an honest sharing of Tyler's personal and ongoing relationship with health, including what occurred in his body when he finally found his home. We go quite quickly into the 7 basic elements of health to bring about a simple guide for laying the foundations that allows us to simply enjoy life. Meanwhile, we discuss and laugh about the seriousness of the health scene and how to navigate it.
Tyler's Gnosis-Praxis distinctions for integrating health principles is brilliant and applicable for everyone to ensure a fluid inclusion of the those habits that will generate the greatest health possible. The discussion flows into an exploration of how to go beyond the marketing of health and seek out those nuggets of wisdom and truth that in fact are relevant to your personal health journey; this has particular implications for those looking to deal with degenerative diseases such as cancer who should be armed to move beyond the hyping of "curing" on the internet and distinguish the elements that foster healing in the long term, including the emotional origins of disease.
How to notice the confines of a “healthy lifestyle” and break them is talked about with many a belly laugh, bringing on conversation and jokes about beers, burgers, tobacco and a good ol' Facebook post. You will thoroughly enjoy this one, I especially recommend taking on Tyler's insights into the essence of water!Tyler's Site:https://www.tylertolman.com/
The cancer video Tyler mentioned : http://soulspottv.com/blog/anita-moorjani-near-death-experience/Very slippery one for you today everyone delving deep into to demystification of how we can interact and communicate with the plant realm and what immediate benefits we can generate in our health and body through these interaction. Adrian has been communicating with the fragrance and frequency of plant-spirit beings and sharing the messages of omni-science in Nature for most of his life life. Having engaged in ceremony with Peruvian, African and other Indigenous plant shamans, he feels his service to humanity is in the role of a Botanical Geomatrician.
Some interesting and inspiring messages emerge, however the conversation on the vagotonic (toning the vagus nerve) actions of these plant essences and mysts was a stand out. This points to the possibilities for the union of our gut, heart and mind via the vagus nerve coming closer as we work with the plants to teach this complex system to do so.
Enjoy.

I've titled this episode as a romance purely because it was the only word I could find to describe the relationship that Jake Cassar has with the land. Jake is an environmentalist, bushcraft teacher, singer and musician who teaches people the art of connecting to the land using indigenous skills and bushcraft. Emerging beyond the simple health advice of "spend more time in nature," we talk deeply about how to deepen that time spent on the land you walk, in nature, by learning the song, dance, tracks, sounds and slopes of your terrain. Beyond this, the skills needed for ensuring your capacity to thrive when going bush are discussed in some detail. We talk tracking, foraging, finding water & shelter, hunting are more in a way that shows how these skills aren't simply great for helping you survive, but are an access for entering a deeper, more profound relationship with the environment you walk upon, one that connects you deeply and opens a new realm of health to emerge no matter what kind of lifestyle you are currently living.
Stories are shared of the incredible experiences Jake has had on his survival missions, discussing health benefits that are truly astounding from simply being immersed on the land for days at a time. These include weight loss, body strength, sight, hearing and agility. This points to the vast healing that may occur simply through this intentional immersion in nature (with someone who knows what they're doing) that brings nutrient dense bush foods, wild water and dynamic movement through natural landscapes while having ALL the senses engage with the environment; something that does not happen in the Western world.
Enjoy the interview, please leave a rating and review as always so I know how you liked it.

Get primed to make this the best year yet for your health and your life with this one.
In this one I ride solo jamming about my favourite things that I've learn from the guests so far on the podcast in 2015 and how to deepen these distinctions to make 2016 the healthiest and best year possible. I also share (for a but longer than I originally intended) how I use an Awesome List (kind of an upgraded bucket list) to ensure the momentum of my life stays focused on taking me in the direction that will be the greatest for my body, mind and spirit. It's seriously a profound tool that will enrich your life.
Some of the topics I go into are spring water, beer, being infinite and the beautiful longevity frame of mind that the Taoists embodied and can now teach us. It's a fun and cheeky show that I know you'll love. As will be reiterated in the episode, ensuring that you do not ignore or negate your passions and desires when crafting your life is important, and I share with you what I'm doing to ensure that no part of me remains ignored this year. I intend to bring more adventure to my life and my health this year, and I can't wait to experience what new aspects of health this will open up for me. I invite you to embark on the adventure also and get curious about just how good your health can get!
