This week I get to satisfy my inner rugby nause as I welcome Worcester Warriors prop Ethan Waller onto the podcast.

Ethan owns his own pizza business in @sliceslivebabyuk (Instagram)/ www.sliceslicebabyuk.com and we have been in contact a fair bit throughout lockdown - mainly me sending him pictures of 'tomato biscuits' pretending to be pizzas and getting some valuable advice in return!

So we sit down to talk about food, pizza, our pet food hates (ASMR...) and his recent decision to join the live fire club.

I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to steal half an hour with Klim, commercial director for Globaltic charcoal.

Klim took time out of his working day to chat the benefits of Birch charcoal, his time in the UK, additives & binders... we even touch on the famous deep fried Mars bar.

Also my first international podcast as this was recorded from Moscow!

For my first episode I sit down with my old friend (and burger rival!) Craig Osborne (@Ozzyldn) to talk produce. Specifically we get to the nitty gritty on meat.
