Dr Christine Vaccaro is a double board certified and fellowship trained urogynecologist and sexual medicine specialist, who has been in practice for over 20 years. She is an associate professor of gynecologic surgery at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda. She recently retired from the military, and was the Program Director for the Urogynecology Fellowship at Walter Reed, and now practices at the offices of Rachel Rubin, MD, located in Bethesda, MD.Â
She is also involved in multiple national medical committees, and has extensively published in medical journals, medical textbooks and online. She is medical advisor for the SHE+ (Sexual Health Education PLUS) Foundation, which is a non-profit organization which supports women's sexual health through research, education, advocacy and grant funding. When not at work she enjoys hot yoga and attending her kid's sporting events.
