With over 15 years of experience in education, she is the founder of AB Consulting, dedicated to supporting new teachers. Dr. Boothe has authored The Model Classroom Approach, The Model Classroom Approach: The Workbook Companion, and Strong: Overcoming Adversity. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, and state and federal programs coordinator.
