  • The OIG Report Into Jeffrey Epstein's Death: The Events Of August 8-10 And Epstein's Death (Chapter 5) (Part 1-2) (7/12/25)
The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) report on Jeffrey Epstein's death in federal custody revealed severe lapses in protocol, negligence, and misconduct by Bureau of Prisons (BOP) staff at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York. Epstein, who was awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges, died of apparent suicide on August 10, 2019. The report found that staff failed to conduct regular 30-minute checks on Epstein’s cell, as required, and that surveillance cameras in his unit were either inoperative or not monitored adequately. The night of Epstein's death, officers on duty had fallen asleep or were otherwise occupied, leaving him unsupervised for hours, which the OIG noted as a direct violation of BOP policies. These failures contributed to the conditions that allowed Epstein the opportunity to take his own life.

The report also highlighted a pattern of understaffing, low morale, and inadequate training at the facility, which OIG officials noted could have affected the staff’s attentiveness and contributed to policy non-compliance. Despite the extensive scrutiny surrounding Epstein, including prior suicide attempts, the OIG noted that prison staff were inadequately briefed on his heightened risk level. This lack of communication, combined with the failure of supervisory staff to enforce accountability, created an environment where critical protocols were ignored. The report concluded that systemic issues within the BOP were likely contributors to the failures in Epstein’s case and recommended measures to improve oversight, ensure policy adherence, and address structural weaknesses in the federal prison system.

  • Bryan Kohberger And The Incel Theory
An incel, short for "involuntary celibate," is an individual, usually male, who identifies as unable to form romantic or sexual relationships with others despite a strong desire to do so. Incels often believe that their lack of success in forming relationships is due to physical appearance or other factors that are beyond their control.

They may also harbor feelings of resentment or anger towards those who are successful in forming romantic relationships. Many incels congregate online in forums and social media groups where they share their experiences and beliefs with each other. Unfortunately, some of these online communities promote extreme and often harmful ideologies, including misogyny, racism, and violence. As a result, incel culture has become associated with a toxic and dangerous subculture that promotes hatred towards women and others.

In this episode, we take a look at what an Incel is and if Bryan Kohberger fits the mold.

  • Bryan Kohberger Was Kicked Out Of A Youth Law Enforcement Program As A Youth
    From the archives: 8-22-23

As we continue to learn more about Bryan Kohberger, a pattern of behavior has popped up time and time again. In this episode, we hear once again, how Bryan Kohberger was investigated as a youth, this time during his high school years. His behavior led to him being removed from the program he was attending for law enforcement, acting as a foreshadowing to what we watched unfold in Pullman.

We also take another look at the proceedings from Friday and the reports that one of the members of the Goncalves family was rocking a shirt in support of death by firing squad.

  • The Murder Scene At 1122 King Road And The Latent Footprint Found At The Scene
Forensically speaking, a latent footprint refers to an imprint left by a person's foot on a surface that is not immediately visible to the naked eye. These footprints are typically created when an individual transfers natural oils, dirt, or other substances from their feet onto a surface as they walk. These impressions are often faint and can only be revealed through specialized techniques like dusting, chemical treatments, or photography. Forensic experts use these methods to make latent footprints visible and then compare them to known footwear patterns to help identify or exclude potential suspects in criminal investigations.

In the affidavit, investigators stated that they found a latent footprint at the scene of the crime that was consistent with the type of print you would find on a pair of Vans shoes. The problem with that? Just about everyone has Vans.

In this episode, we take a look at the latent footprint as evidence and how it might be used by the prosecutors during the trial for Bryan Kohberger.

  • The Jeffrey Epstein Survivors Lawsuit Against Stacey Plaskett Continues To Inch Forward (7/11/25)
Plaintiffs allege that Plaskett knowingly participated in and helped facilitate Epstein’s sex trafficking operations in the U.S. Virgin Islands. They claim she visited Epstein’s New York mansion to solicit direct campaign contributions—repeatedly requesting $30,000 for her campaigns and the Democratic National Committee—and that Epstein then used his political influence to influence policies in the Virgin Islands. As general counsel for the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority, Plaskett allegedly approved approximately $300 million in tax breaks that benefited Epstein’s businesses after receiving financial and professional support, including a job at a law firm connected to Epstein’s network.

The survivors also contend that Plaskett leveraged her political leverage to pressure local authorities—such as customs, Coast Guard, and airport officials—to relax oversight and allow Epstein to transport women and girls between New York and the Virgin Islands without encountering legal scrutiny. The plaintiffs argue that these actions weren’t isolated misjudgments but part of a calculated pattern enabling a broader trafficking enterprise, with Plaskett’s contributions and interventions central to Epstein’s unimpeded operation and global network.

  • Prince Andrew Gets The Greenlight To Travel Now The DOJ Has Closed It's Jeffrey Epstein Probe (7/11/25)
Prince Andrew has reportedly been cleared to travel freely outside the UK after the FBI officially closed its investigation into his alleged links with Jeffrey Epstein. Though never formally charged, the Duke of York had self‑imposed a travel ban for roughly six years—venturing abroad just once to Bahrain in 2022—due to fears of arrest or subpoena if he left the UK. According to a leaked memo, U.S. authorities concluded there was no evidence of a so‑called “client list” or any criminal wrongdoing by Andrew, and with no pending charges, he can now travel internationally without legal jeopardy.

The closure of the probe marks a significant shift for Andrew, who has largely stayed at his Royal Lodge residence in Windsor amid public and professional fallout stemming from his ties to Epstein. While he settled a civil lawsuit with Virginia Giuffre in 2022 without admitting liability, the absence of criminal charges—and the FBI’s assurance that no other high‑profile individuals would face prosecution—effectively removes the legal restrictions that had constrained his movements. Now, friends and royal insiders suggest he may begin traveling again, though the reputational damage from the Epstein connection continues to cloud his public standing.

  • Lauren Pisciotta Doubles Down On Her Kanye West Allegations In Her Second Amended Complaint (7/11/25)
Lauren Pisciotta, who served as Kanye West’s assistant and later head of staff between 2021 and 2022 (or through 2023, according to some filings), has filed an amended lawsuit leveling severe accusations against West. She alleges he repeatedly made lewd comments about her body, groped her, and coerced her into sexual encounters by dangling false promises of career advancement. The complaint accuses him of forcing her to watch him having sex with others, sending sexually explicit content, and, on multiple occasions, gaslighting and forcibly touching her. In particularly disturbing incidents, she claims West forced oral sex on her, attempted to penetrate her with his fingers, grabbed her throat at a concert, and locked her in a private room on his plane where he sexually assaulted her.

Beyond these allegations of sexual battery, Pisciotta also accuses West of sex trafficking and stalking. She states that he recruited her under the guise of professional opportunity and then used coercion and career promises as leverage for compliance—actions she deems trafficking. She also recounts following her departure, West continued harassing her: allegedly moving into her apartment complex, arranging a “swatting” incident in Florida to provoke law enforcement at her home, and sending unwanted deliveries—all of which she views as persistent stalking and intimidation . West’s legal team denies the claims, labeling them “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of extortion.

  • Jay-Z's Lawsuit Against Tony Buzbee Has Been Dismissed (7/11/25)
Jay-Z sued attorney Tony Buzbee in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing him of extortion and defamation after Buzbee had publicly named him as a suspect in a sexual assault allegation tied to the broader Diddy scandal. The lawsuit stemmed from demand letters Buzbee sent in late 2024, suggesting Jay-Z rape accusations would be pursued unless mediated—claims Jay-Z called blackmail. In July 2025, a judge dismissed Jay-Z’s suit, concluding the demand letters and Buzbee’s public statements were protected speech under California’s anti‑SLAPP laws and did not meet the legal definition of extortion or defamation.

Meanwhile, Tony Buzbee's hotline for alleged Diddy victims remains operational and continues to receive calls. Originally set up in October 2024, the 1-800 number saw a tidal wave of over 12,000 calls in just 24 hours, with the volume remaining steady as people continue to come forward. Buzbee reports that many callers are witnesses or hesitant potential claimants—some describing disturbing reports from parties and after-parties. Despite Diddy's criminal acquittal on racketeering and sex trafficking, Buzbee is preparing civil suits, buoyed by the consistent stream of tips and allegations coming in through the hotline.
