Off the back of Episode 16 with Molly Galbraith Jen wanted to bring you some real life examples of women how have moved from the space of competition and feelings of not enoughness into the space of truly leaning in to collaboration over competition.

Both Sarah and Jody are MumSafe Trainers and they both share the mission to ensure all women have access to safe and effective exercise at every stage of motherhood.
They are both incredibly open and brave about sharing stories of how they felt and did thing ‘then’ to how they have now moved into a space where they happily and openly collaborate with other MumSafe Trainers, with other exercise professionals, allied health and more.
