According to Sam the albie bite is on, but the fish can be finicky as they are feeding on silversides and peanut bunker. We cap off today's podcast by having a conversation with Bruno Demir of Cape & Islands Mitsubishi. Bruno provides us with a bluefin tuna report for east of the Cape, plus a funny fish report for Nantucket Sound. Bruno has been fishing a lot aboard his 26' Downeast boat the Gaviota and he's been having good luck with stripers and bluefish of up to 36 inches in Nantucket Sound. According to Bruno the fluke bite southeast of Cape Cod is heating up, but the tuna fishing remains quiet - however that could change any day now.
