Dr. Z and The Natural Nurse

On this edition of The Natural nurse and DrZ, and, in honor of Black History Month, the hosts will discuss  Nanny of the Maroons, the heroine of Jamaica  and also we cover various herbal medicines of the Jamaican forests. Nanny was  a gifted healer, leader and warrior who is featured on the Jamaica 500 note. She  passed herbal knowledge down to current day maroon medicine men including JAMBA, DrZ’s and The natural nurses Jamaican teacher, until he passed in 2014.
