Today, we get to celebrate (without roasting!) one of our absolute favorite people—the mastermind behind why each team member now has five personality test results: Chris Bay! Chris is constantly thinking ahead and challenging us to be our best, not just as a team, but for our clients too. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without his vision, and we’re so grateful for everything he brings to the table!
