It must be noted that the clear majority of Americans believe Edward Kennedy let Mary Jo drown to save himself and his political career. Most think he got away with killing her. As a former detective, I believe he got away with it. From Kennedy’s delay in notifying police, his selective memory, his unbelievable testimony contained in these pages and the theatrical grand jury which only heard from 4 witnesses totaling 20 minutes of testimony before deciding not to indict. It’s clear that since this occurred in the Kennedy’s kingdom of Massachusetts, the fix was in. How much did it cost, we’ll never know. All we do know is that Mary Jo did not receive justice. Edward Kennedy was convicted for leaving the scene of an accident with bodily injury. His penalty, two months in jail—but the sentence was suspended. In simple terms, he didn’t spend a single day in jail for killing her. That is not justice. As you read the court testimony pay particular attention to Kennedy’s highly scripted and dubious statements.

BACKGROUND

Robert Durst was a real estate magnate who inherited his empire from his Father, New York business tycoon Seymour Durst. Durst (Bob) first came to a larger public prominence when the investigation pointed to himself as a suspect in the cold case of his first wife’s Kathleen McCormacks’ unexplained disappearance in 1982. He was then investigated for the murder in 2000 of his friend Susan Berman and the killing the following year of his neighbour Morris Black.

Durst stood trial in 2003 for Black’s murder, but it ended in aquittal; However, the documentary series The Jinx showed significant new evidence in the case of Susan Berman and led to a trial which resulted in Durst being convicted of her murder and sentenced to life without parole. He was then also charged with McCormack’s disappearance in 2021 but died in 2022 before the trial could be set in motion.

At sentencing in 2021, Durst hung his head low and in a hot mic moment was heard to say to himself ‘What did I do’ to which he answered, angrily ‘You killed them all’.

Jen Thomas - Bidwell - Terron Evans update

Jen Thomas-Bidwell lost her son in murky circumstances which have consistently failed to be investigated.

Her son died in his girlfriends' house. The claim is he died through ingestion of toxic substances; but the exact events which lead to his death are convoluted and contradictory.

My name is Jennifer Baxtron. I organized and led Black Lives Matter Potsdam NY from June 1,2020 through June 30,2021. I organized Black Lives Matter Potsdam NY because of the treatment of black people by law enforcement community members and prosecutors(past and present) throughout the North Country. When I started Black Lives Matter Potsdam NY I became very vocal about the treatment of a black man named Nick Hillary who was modern day lynched by the system which has caused the unsolved murder case of Garrett Phillips to remain unsolved in Potsdam NY. My son Terron Evans Jr moved to Potsdam NY just a couple of weeks after I started Black Lives Matter Potsdam NY. From the time he got there he stood with me, marched and rallied with me throughout St. Lawrence County. In September 2020 Terron met a woman that he started dating. On January 8, 2021 this woman Crystal Hamilton Kipp and her adult son Brian Gates claimed that my son committed suicide in their home in Potsdam NY. I later found out that this woman and her son are informants for the police. The Potsdam Police which I was/ am up against in regards to Garretts unsolved murder in Potsdam NY and now my son. There were two Potsdam Police that responded to the scene of my sons death first. Out of the two responding officers I was only granted one body cam video which was heavily redacted down to 2min 36sec (which mentioned nothing about the third person visible in the redacted video that is plain clothed at the trunk of the first patrol car)and the police reports.This informant told the police that she had just got up for work,but told the EMTs that she had gotten home from a night shift at work. The St. Lawrence County Sheriffs(3 of them) were second to respond to the scene of my son.The Sheriffs Department Detective Caringie was the lead Detective in my sons case.I was denied the supposed suicide note,all body cam videos and more.I believe that the truth about my sons death is being covered up,that he was killed and did not committ suicide. The officer whose redacted body cam video has resigned after I called Internal Affairs in June 2021,the lead Sheriff Detective for my son has retired and the Chief ADA (that the DA said he would talk to in regards to my request of referring Garretts unsolved case to the Attorney General)resigned on the same day my son was said to have committed suicide on January 8th 2021. I need help.

Tom B - Dean Corll, the Candyman killer

Tom B was looking into serial killers when he came across the little known case of Texas lineman Dean Corll - known as the Candyman.

In doing so he has uncovered a massive ring of paedophiles, and a conspiracy which seemed to indicate these people were working together.

It's a horrifying tale of the seedy underbelly of suburbia, namely Houston Heights in Texas, where troubled kids or those who would not be missed were regularly the target of Corll and his co-conspirators.

Tom tells Ed Opperman about the rabbit hole he went down looking into Corll and his associations, and the cold, business like way these children were traded and eventually killed.

At the time of his arrest, Corll was responsible for at least 28 murders, but it is generally agreed his real total was much, much higher.

Mark Lane - child abuse at migrant detention centers

At the time of recording, Mark Lane was the CEO of Minority Humanitarian Foundation. They work with immigrants and the disenfranchised refugee population, giving them shelter, support and some degree of hope.

This interview was recorded under the Trump Administration, whose anti-immigrant mantra made life not only difficult but in many cases inhuman.

Children would literally be kept in cages, and many children went missing during the naturalisation process. What happened to most of these children, separated from their parents by the ICE people, is both unknown and un-investigated.

The fact Trump's policies towards these people directly made profitable business models, of which certain members of his administration had vested interests in, is obviously just a happy coincidence.

Attorney Robert Davis Lewis : FOIA Request in 'Boys on The Tracks" Case

Robert Davis is an attorney for Linda Ives, the mother of one of the infamous "boys on The Tracks" that were murdered in Mena Arkansas. They are filing a FIOA lawsuit against the Federal Govt to uncover the truth of her sons' murder. This investigation has resulted in one of the most detailed synopsis of the Iran / Contra Mena Airport drugs smuggling operation. It names Bill Clinton as in charge of the money laundering!

The FOIA lawsuit attached as a PDF was exclusive to Opperman Report at the time of this interview. In my opinion it's the best description of the CIA drug smuggling operation run out of the Mena Arkansas airport.
