This week, Kimberly Smith—Founder of Marjani Beauty, an inclusive beauty retail store located in Washington DC featuring a highly curated selection of black and brown owned beauty brands—shares her journey as a licensed healthcare attorney turned beauty entrepreneur. Kimberly expresses deep gratitude for her career that helped her bring her brand into existence and highlights the power of experience as she has built up her brand: “I’m learning as I’m doing.
