I know we haven’t even gotten to Thanksgiving yet in the U.S., although it already happened in Canada, but before you know it we’ll be thinking about putting up those Christmas trees. So in our new book, after we spend chapter 1 talking about turkeys, we move on to trees in Chapter 2. Because there are so many ways to “do” a tree, as it turns out.
