One of the common themes I have heard over the years is people living with adrenal insufficiency looking for resources of information to help manage our illness. All too often we are diagnosed and not given any direction. I personally felt with my diagnosis I was medicated and sent off to figure out the illness on my own.
THE PICKLE JAR PODCAST is complying a collection of websites and other resources to help you manage your illness.
PICKLE PICKS - if you have any resources that have helped you manage your chronic illness please email me at [email protected]. I would love to add them. And please include how this information was useful for you and so I can help our community of PICKLES find the information they need.
Our listeners are WORLDWIDE. Let's make this a GLOBAL RESOURCE. I need your feedback from other countries to make this an AMAZING resource.
I know it will change and save lives!
