Kevin Colbert spoke to the media at the NFL Combine today and made some comments about the quarterback class coming out and said there are “multiple” guys that could start in the league. Does he mean Kenny Pickett? Does he mean Malik Willis? Does he mean Sam Howell? The guys debated what they want to see out of the QBs and if it’s beneficial to the Steelers if Pickett just looks average. 

Liberty football radio, Nick Pierce joined the guys to talk about Malik Willis. Nick said the arm and legs of Willis are NFL ready, but he does have some issues with accuracy. Nick said Willis has a ton of untapped potential and some numbers were a bit skewed in each direction. Nick also thinks Willis would more likely thrive in a situation where he doesn’t have to be the man right away, but he could take the reins and run with them. He added that Willis is an all-around freak athlete and included a great baseball story.

Poni thought a pay cut would be a fair idea at this stage in the process. The guys then discussed if Tyson Alualu is more valuable at this point than Tuitt.

Brian Batko of the Post Gazette joined the show to about his recent vacation, but then down to business. He talked about some Steelers issues, including QB, the GM search, Art Rooney II’s comments, fixing the offensive line, and looking back at last year’s draft.
