In this powerful episode, I am joined by Céline De Winter to explore the concept of healing from the heart, not the ego. We dive deep into what it means to be truly seen, to sit in the pain and numbness, and to move beyond the constant search for outside forces to heal us. Céline shares how healing from the heart allows us to tap into our innate wisdom, break free from ego-driven healing cycles, and step into our most authentic selves. This episode is a must-listen for anyone on a healing journey who is ready to shift from the mind to the heart.
Takeaways from this episode include:
Céline De Winter:
Céline De Winter is a 31 yo somatic practitioner from Antwerp, Belgium.
After a burn-out at 26 she invested heaps of money, time and energy into her recovery. Only to find out that all this time, she wasn’t connected to her own emotions or feelings.
The death of her father, several years later, was an initiation into everything emotions, trauma & the body.
Now she guides others into the depths of their being—both live and online, as she sees the body as a storyteller for everything that has transpired in our lives.
She strongly believes a revolution is needed in the healing community. She advocates for unshaming emotions & all of your parts through self-compassion and acceptance instead of fixing yourself into healing.
