Did you ever start a book and not finish it? Or maybe to bring it closer to our topic, did you ever buy a yoga book and not finish it? Or start an online video training and not finish? Or an online learning program and not finish it? If so, you would not be alone. The challenge of following through can many times outweigh the benefit of what you were hoping to get out of something in the first place. But does that mean there’s no consequence for not finishing? Of course not. There’s most definitely a consequence.
