This is a podcast with a slight twist, although the Tiktok star Poku Banks is not into property.... he is into investing.. saving and understands the key fundamentals of financial literacy which for most people is the basic knowledge you will need to get into property in the first place..... 

Poku Banks is a 21 year old entrepreneur who is famous for giving great advice to the younger generation on saving and investments he has over 300,000 tiktok followers and with that he is able to help many young people in the UK learn financial literacy as it is not taught in school.
