Seamus Fox is a coach, business owner, podcaster, Ted talker and mentor. In this episode of the Prymal Podcast we discuss his personal journey, from getting punched in the face after crawling drunk out of the car he had just crashed into a wall on a busy Saturday morning, to now dedicating his life and time to helping others discover their real purpose and desires, and coaching many on how to build the life they want to lead.
A very deep and insightful exploration into the human mind, the power of thoughts, and the strategies we can use to grow and become compassionate, successful and happy.

Pat Divilly is a name you may be familiar with as a man who has dedicated his career to helping people improve their lives. Starting his journey in the fitness industry, Pat has now moved to guiding people through their own mental and emotional wellness journeys.
As a podcaster, public speaker, author, performance coach and guide, Pat uses a wide range of platforms to create fantastic resources for those of us who want to learn about ourselves, to dive deeper in search of parts of our own identities, to find purpose and to foster love and compassion for others. In this episode we chat about a huge range of topics, but we give some special weight to shadow work, identity, some of modern society’s more toxic elements, plant medicines and so much more.
It was such a pleasure to chat with Pat, he’s a true pro and was able to communicate his knowledge and valuable experiences so fluently in this podcast, this was a super episode!
Thank you Pat.

Sarah Moloney is a personal trainer and coach who’s currently working on her Masters in Clinical Nutrition, but she’s also someone who suffers with the chronic disease known as endometriosis.
Endometriosis is a condition that causes a growth of fibrous tissue, similar to that found in the uterus, around many of the organs, leading to a huge range of symptoms such as chronic pain, fatigue, excessive bleeding and a plethora of other concerns that can, in many cases, completely alter your lifestyle and general quality of life. Sarah shares her own story in this episode, and explains to me what exactly this disease is, how it can present, the various levels of treatment (along with the varying levels of efficacy that go with those treatments), how it affects a huge number of people around the globe, and how it is still so poorly understood and managed, even in the world of modern medicine.
The most striking element of this episode is just how much a chronic disease like this, which is not technically classed as a ‘fatal’ condition, can take from your body, your relationships and your life.
Sarah is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to not just endometriosis, but health and wellness in general, and this is a very insightful chat about the medical system, self empowerment, education, suffering, human nature, and so much more.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us Sarah.

Darragh Stewart (Phd) is the epitome of a bridging force between science and spirituality. With an extensive background in research in the fields of Natural Science and a Phd in Plant Developmental Genetics, Trinity College Dublin, Darragh’s own personal experience of trauma and anxiety in his twenties led him on a journey of self growth and healing, and today he uses that experience and knowledge to help men and women in a wide variety of ways, from men’s circles and one to one sessions, to psychedelic retreats, microdosing, and much, much more.
In this episode Darragh explains how he moved from a formal background in the sciences to taking a more integrative and holistic approach to life, how his own personal experiences were the driver for his current work, and we go deep on the traumas and crises that many men and women are dealing with today, from identity, spirituality and purpose to sexuality and more.
An absolute cracker of an episode.

Darren Hendrick is a man with a very particular set of skills. He’s not superhuman, nor is he Liam Neeson, but despite the fact that he is still a very young man, Darren has spent many years developing a huge variety of tools and techniques he uses to enable himself to negotiate the challenges of life, from health and performance to financial empowerment, personal growth and development and more.
His deep understanding of how the human mind functions when it comes to changing and creating habits has allowed him to build systems for himself, systems he can call on when the world inevitably throws multiple spanners in the works, to steady the ship during rocky times, to enhance his performance and ultimately to improve his quality of life. Darren is a friend of mine, and I’ve been so eager for him to share this knowledge with me and with others, so we can hear first hand how making small consistent changes in your life is actually the secret to achieving great success, whatever that success looks like to you.
Darren explains that we are in fact in control of our lives and outcomes, and his mission is to help empower people to recognise and take that control, and to shape their own futures. This is also the mission of our joint venture, NEXOA, but you’ll have to listen to the podcast to find out more about that!
A good friend, a good human and a powerful mind!

Daithí Ó Cuinn of Life Spiral Physical Therapy is a man of many talents. A prolific healer of bodies and minds, a biker, a rock musician, an Irish history buff, and apparently an international warrior, fighting on behalf of the vulnerable and oppressed, to name just a few of his different hats, Daithí’s life story is as colorful as it is inspirational!
Some man is Daithí Ó’Cuinn, and it’s always a genuine pleasure to chat to him.

Almost exactly one year since he joined me on the very first episode of the Prymal Podcast, the masterful Eoin Lacey is back!
Eoin is a performance consultant, which essentially means that he uses an in-depth knowledge of health, wellness, nutrition, medicine, strength and conditioning, habit formation and many more facets of optimal living to help his clients, other coaches and you and I achieve our performance goals.
While this might sound like the CV for an elite Olympic level sprint coach, which Eoin has probably been at some point, the incredible truth is that when you listen to him discuss all of these different aspects of the human being, it doesn’t matter who you are or what your goals are, you can employ so many of his teachings to so many different parts of your life, and if you do, you are guaranteed to be leveling up your health, your function, your wellbeing and end up feeling utterly empowered.
In this episode we touch on many different aspects of being ‘healthier’, and we specifically discuss hormonal health for both men and women, and the important part this plays in the big picture, and also Eoin’s thoughts and advice on the type of physical activity and training that can contribute to a more resilient and robust person designed to manage the stresses of life.
