2021 has been the strongest year on record for capital growth in Australia since 1989.

One thing we have learnt from studying and talking with many successful people is that all of them have daily habits and rituals they use to stay on top of their game. We were blown away after looking at the split of real estate investors in Australia. Reaching financial freedom is very unlikely with one property or even two properties.

It was so interesting to see such a small portion of the population that ever gets past 2 properties. This means most property investors never actually become financially free.
