Buying your 1st investment property is one of the most exciting yet scary things you will do. The 1st step, once you have your deposit saved, is to create a plan and start developing your strategy. So many people just start looking on realestate.com or at properties in their local area, but this is actually one of the last steps. Our strategy is simple. Purchase a number of quality investment properties in the right market at the right time. Pay them off using income from other investments, savings and businesses. Then living off the passive income for life, financially free.
