As a time travel enthusiast (read: nerd) I love talking about the ways we view time in our society. We see it as linear and as something we have no control over. The truth is, time (as we know it) is a made up concept that we have far more control over than we think. 

It all starts with changing our relationship with time and today we're going to talk about how to get started so we can unbusy our lives.
