S1E62: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings
Hello Everyone! Today’s episode is going to make you laugh. I was thinking about funny shit today. I tend to laugh a lot daily about all sorts of silly things. I realize that it doesn’t show all of the time in my writing.
I can be a pretty angry prick sometimes. Mouthy, even.
But today, I was reminded of a really funny memory. And I’m in a good mood. Perhaps it’s the endorphins from the workout I just got home from. Or maybe it was joking on Facebook Messenger with my Bride, Mai. Whatever it was, it’s time to tell a funny story.
I hope you enjoy it. Laughter makes all sorts of shit better. I need to remember that when I pissed off about the state of our country. So here the hell we go! &:^)

S2E2: You Have the Right to Remain Mouthy
Good afternoon, Y’all! Kenyon Ray York-Byers and I am back with today’s latest episode of “You Have the Right to Remain Mouthy. We enjoyed having a great chat about one of our favorite topics this afternoon:
Learning. The process, the types of things we enjoy learning about, and the different ways people learn to do things.
When you’re engaging in learning and adding knowledge to your brain, it’s wonderful. I cannot imagine a life where I wouldn’t want to learn new things, have fresh experiences, and see different sides to life. I don’t understand those who choose to be wilfully ignorant and stay stuck in their same beliefs, never growing or improving as a human being.
We hope you enjoy learning a little more about us, our families, and the way we choose to learn. I appreciate the wonderful people who teach for a living. Teachers, professors, and tradesmen who train and teach are so important in our country. Our kids teach us valuable lessons, too. Strive for knowledge, it’s important. &:^)
Remain Mouthy Podcast encourages learning at all stages of life. If you enjoyed our message today, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. We’d appreciate it greatly! &:^)
S1E61: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings
Hello Everyone! It’s good to be back with you today on Tuesday. I had a message that popped into my head and it gave me the idea for today’s episode. I’m sorry this is being published a little later than usual.
But better late than never.
This sentiment was on my mind today when I damn near skipped the gym for the 30th day or more in a row. I realize that my health isn’t ideal as a goal-oriented writer and podcaster. Sitting in bed all day every day isn’t conducive to good physical or mental health.
So I got on myself about it. I heard the message that needed to be heard. And I’ve been back from the gym now for about half an hour, ready to continue where I left off. And it feels fucking good.
Thank you for lending me your ears today. Y’all are the coolest. Special thanks to my new paid subscribers, you bring me joy and motivation to keep doing this daily. I appreciate you all greatly. Here we go! &:^)
If you struggle with motivation and a healthy routine, you’re not alone. I have your back! Please consider becoming a paid subscriber if you enjoyed this episode. I appreciate you all!
S1E60: The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings
This episode is not kind-hearted and it’s petty as fuck. You’ve been warned, listen at your own risk.
If you hate everything about Donald Trump and all that he represents, you’ll get a kick out of this one. I wrote an article this morning about what he’s plotting behind the scenes and it put me in a mood. I’m not going to pretend that this podcast episode is intelligent, well-thought-out, or even productive.
But it made me fucking smile. And laugh. It helped correct my shitty mood, and I hope it does the same for you. And if you think it’s horrible and wrong, get fucked.
I don’t give a damn. I do what I want. Eat shit, Trump. You and your MAGA mouth-breathers hold no power here. I’m in charge. And today, this felt fucking good. &:^)
If you are sick of Traitor Trump’s bullshit and enjoyed this podcast, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. I appreciate the generous support of those who detest him, too.
Happy Sabbath Day to you all! Or Sunday, if you’re not a religious person, as I’m not. I did bring up some related points to this in today’s episode of The Renegade Writer’s Mouthy Musings.
I wrote an article this week about running out of fucks to give. It was a humorous look at my favorite word in the English language, the F-word. I wrote about what it would have been like if I’d run out of fucks to give at a much younger age. It’s silly as hell, you should check it out.
Read my article here:
I hope you enjoy today’s podcast and that the message resonates with you. When you stop giving a fuck about most people’s expectations and focus on the ones who truly matter, life is so much sweeter. I enjoy doing exactly what I feel like doing daily and nothing more. It’s very freeing to be true to yourself and not feel obligated to put everyone else’s happiness above yours.
If you’ve run out of fucks to give and enjoyed this episode, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. Or tell me no, because you’ve run out of fucks to give. I’ll respect that, too. &:^)
Hello, Everyone! Happy Saturday to you all. Mine has been interesting, to say the least. I’ve had several ass-bags invade my inbox and leave the most idiotic comments on my articles and notes. But I’m learning a lesson with all of this fuckery going on today:
The more idiots in your comment sections, the better you’re doing.
If I wasn’t growing and being noticed, these dipshits wouldn’t flock to my articles and podcasts. I’m realizing that this is a good thing, even when people can be truly dickish and annoying. Learning how to handle when this happens is an ongoing process. Perhaps you can relate to the amount of haters showing up as you’ve grown in your own Writer’s Journey.
Anyway, to hell with the critics, I write for the fans. I love and appreciate all of you who leave such amazing comments and support me with the paid subscriptions. You’re the ones making it possible to do this full-time and then some. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy today’s episode! &:^)
If you’ve gone rounds with Internet trolls before and can relate to this one, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. Together, we can battle these toads and show them who’s boss!

Hey Peeps.
I’m gonna make this intro short and to the point today. No cutesy bullshit. I was on one today, this topic got me surprisingly fired up. So please just give it a listen and enjoy it. I hope you feel the way I do about billionaires and the differences between many of them.
They all could be doing more. But some are doing far more than you or I are currently doing. Not all billionaires are created equally, here’s why I feel that way. Thank you for lending me your ears today, I always appreciate that. &:^)
If you’re not a billionaire, but have a kind, giving heart, consider becoming a paid subscriber. This podcast and my full-time writing wouldn’t exist without your generous support. Thank you!
Good afternoon, y’all! I’m having a rough time, today. A lack of sleep last night made the recording of this episode difficult. But it was fun attempting to record this episode with my eyes closed while lying in bed.
Give this one a listen and let me know if you can tell a difference. I explain how and why this exhausted version of the daily podcast happened today. (Thanks, Mooch)
Anyway, enough intro, more napping. Once this is up, I’m down for the count. I hope you enjoy it, and thank you for lending me your ears. Oh, and maybe don’t listen to this episode on your drive home, especially if you’re sleepy. &:^)
If you’ve ever been exhausted or feel that way currently, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. I’d love to get a new pillow and really do this napping shit up right!
Hey, hey, hey, Everyone! Whoa, that sort of sounded like Fat Albert. Who remembers that big fella? We used to love that shit as kids, the cartoon was so much fun. And speaking of fun, I’m sure enjoying this daily podcast of mine.
In fact, it’s becoming even more fun than writing for me, as of late.
In today’s episode, I talk about how much I enjoy podcasting and posting content on Substack and Bluesky. I’m seeing tremendous follower growth right now on both platforms. While writing has been my #1 passion for the past three years, I feel a shift coming on.
Don’t worry, I’m not giving up on being a writer. But just as I added photography a year ago to my list of creative outlets, podcasting, and content creation are quickly catching up to both writing and photography. I am enjoying all four things tremendously. That’s all thanks to you guys.
You’re the ones who are leaving the best, most encouraging comments. You’re the ones supporting me with your paid subscriptions. I take that shit seriously, and everything I’m able to do daily is because of your kind generosity. It’s always at the top of my mind not to let you down. Thank you for being awesome, and for tuning into these podcasts. I appreciate you lending me your ears and eyes! &:^)
