In what is the most surprising move is that at practice today the Capitals chose to go with Anthony Mantha over Matthew Phillips. Phillips has done nothing but kill it all pre-season long and Anthony Mantha wasn't able to find the back of the net. Later Dan talks about what the "experts" in the NHL think that Caps will do this season. Dan later talks about the surprising move the Hardy Haman Aktell will be starting his season in Hershey.
