After purchasing the family farm with her husband, Chelsea transitioned to vegetable farming and started a small-scale operation, expanding it over time with a CSA program, a pumpkin patch, and plans for u-pick Christmas trees. As the main grower, she spends her winters planning and starting seeds, while her summers are filled with planting, growing, and harvesting crops.
