You know when you meet someone and you just KNOW you connect with them and they "get" you? That's how I feel about Alli Cavanagh. You may know her by her IG name: In Flow With Alli, Alli is an incredible pilates instructor who brings her own method to her online classes by combining mantras, breath, and focused movement into a pilates class. Her energy is TOO good to not want to know her. In this episode we unpack her journey in wellness, pilates and even mental health. We go deep and somehow keep it under 30 minutes! You'll love this episode, we know you will. Catch her classes online or in The Sanctuary on Wednesdays at 6PM!

HI guys! We're back to interviews on The Sanctuary Podcast because we LOVE to hear from other women regarding what WORKS for them and how they stay well, and it's always good to be inspired by one another. Stassi has cultivated a following on instagram by promoting wellness, healthy local food spots, promoting the best female-owned and black-owned businesses that we all need to support and check out, and her insane fashion sense + skin care tips! She's a light in this world, and it's hard to imagine how she ALSO has a full time career as an IV Nurse! Stassi talks about the importance of self-prioritization and all of the ways she loves to stay well + care for herself. Find her on IG at @anastasiamarieb and stay tuned for future collaborations with this radiant babe!
HELLO my beautiful pals! I hope you all are having a great week and enjoy this episode: it's short, it's sweet, and it'll make you shift your mood. This is an episode about retraining the brain to see all of the GOOD that exists within you and around you, at all times. This greatly benefits your life, and the lives of everyone who comes into contact with you as well. It's the easiest way I know to shift out of fearful, worried, annoyed, frustrated and negative patterns into a place where you feel better. And truly, life is worth living in the state of feeling GOOD and taking care of yourself internally. I hope this helps anyone who needs it! Love you all!

HELLUR humans, maybe some pets, and possibly your kiddos (if you play this out loud in the car), I hope you are doing wonderful but if not, I GOT you. This episode will hopefully serve as a mood/vibe shifter. This episode empowers you to assess the way you think (especially your subconscious beliefs) and pinpoint the beliefs and thoughts that dictate your currently reality, and then shift them into a place of ultimate deservingness and worthiness. You couldn't BE more deserving of the life of your wildest dreams, but whether or not you deeply believe that is usually what holds us back. Let's chat ;)
**IMPORTANT** There are systems of oppression, marginalization, injustice and oppression that are outside of your control. This podcast episode is not insinuating that you can shift your mindset out of this reality, or that you personally did anything to attract it. This episode simply highlights mindset shifts in our daily beliefs and thoughts to empower us to shift from a space of scarcity, into abundance, thus feeling better and more aligned with our whole self.
Hi everyone! This is a short episode where I talk about my love for intuitive, slower movements and why. We discuss the (very normal) progression and phase of thinking that our workouts should be tortuous, punishing and result-driven to workouts that feel nurturing and incredible to your body. We embrace the movements that bring us presence and a mind-body-soul connection. This episode tells my story of falling in love with movement, and creating a sustainable routine where I physically feel the best I have ever felt, and how bringing this movement to others has been the purest joy.
Enjoy! In wellness + love,
xx alli
Welcome to THE SANCTUARY podcast! This name change is a lot more meaningful than you would guess. A lot has changed for me in the last two years, primarily the way I have found moving my body to be most enjoyable and effective. In this episode I get real and honest about my mental health struggles through the pandemic, and some valuable lessons and healthier habits I have picked up. This episode was recorded during my transition of my 8-and-a-half year old business to a new name and whole different wellness business. It's uncut and very raw, but it meant so much to be to be vulnerable and honest about what it feels like to lose your identity, and gain your authenticity.
I hope you enjoy this-
Many more to come

If you want to get a BIG shot of inspiration and feel empowered in your business, this episode is for you! As a woman in a rather patriarchal world, finances is a confusing and often challenging topic to discuss. My friend and financial guru, Sydney Smyers, helps us break that stigma and talk about ALL things money. Sydney is my bookkeeper for my wellness studio, as well as a big inspiration to me as far as her work ethic, discipline, and genuine belief that ALL things are possible if you manifest them. Her businesses are Know Your Worth bookkeeping and financial planning, her golf academy called North Hills Golf, and her co-working space she owns with her husband called The Maverick. Between her three businesses, Sydney works with people to create abundance in their finances and gain a perspective on their income and spending. She teaches us in this episode all about how to understand your financial future, and gives us all the tips to manage our budget and create room for MORE income!

Kari Skin is one of my favorite places for a facial or massage: they have the best energy, the most BEAUTIFUL Scandinavian-inspired atmosphere, a science-based approach to skin and clean skincare. It is the most luxurious and feel-good spa. Tirzah, the owner and founder of Kari Skin in Old City, PA has over 30 years of experience as an aesthetician and skincare professional, so we had to ask her all of the juicy skin questions. We also talk all things business and how to create a positive team atmosphere. TUNE IN!
This may be one of the most magnetic episodes so far: Emily Cassel, a Women's Soulful Business Strategist and mentor for visionary entrepreneurs spills all of the wisdom on what creates success and alignment as a business owner. From who you spend your time with, to how often you prioritize pleasure, so many factors go into what creates a magnetic and aligned business. We chat about this and more in this episode and you can find Emily and all of her incredible resources at the following places:

Hi listeners!
This solo episode is a catch-up for us, and I brought back my favorite from last season: Things I've been Loving. Here I chat about the infrared light sauna, Reap Wellness Glow Bowls, and The Woman Code and Hormonal Balancing. The episode is my own personal take on some self-love tips, and the deeper love that comes with unconditionally accepting yourself. It's an episode that I didn't edit or hold anything back in, because I wanted the most impactful part to be that we are all just that: imperfect and working on it. I hope this episode is one that you can relate to and get something from. As always, love you all! xx
