Do you trust yourself? Do you trust yourself to show up even when you don't feel like it? What about when you say you're going to do something - do you always follow through? What about in a room full of pizza and sweets, are you able to demonstrate self-control?
Many of us have little to no trust in ourselves which leaves us feeling like we don't have control over our actions and behaviours, ultimately leading us to create unwanted results or an inability to follow-through.
Listen to today's episode for how to heal your self-trust so you know that if you say you're going to do something, it's as good as done.

You are not broken. There's nothing wrong with you. You are whole and worthy. Today I'm sharing how to teach yourself the necessary skills to move past moments of truly feeling broken or unworthy.
I've been there and so many of my clients have as well: feeling broken. We think that we are not capable because there's something wrong with us, and this is just not the truth. In this episode, I share 3 easy steps to work through the healing process and to start believing new things.

If you have questions or want some coaching around doing "the work," reach out to me on IG and send me a message. I'd love to chat and give you some coaching on whatever it is that you need help with.

Many of us never learned how to manage our emotional lives, and we end up not taking responsibility for our feelings, our behaviour, and our lives in general. Blaming others for how we feel, how we behave, or why we are in our current situations puts us right into emotional childhood.
Being in emotional maturity is such a better place because it means that you get to decide how you feel, act, and live, no matter what!
If you want to learn how to take control over your life back, you have to listen to this episode.

Fear is one of the main things that holds us back from doing all the things we want to do in our lives. How does fear hold you back currently? Are you afraid of pitching your business idea? Are you afraid to end your marriage even though you know you don't want to be in it anymore? What about going back to school and getting that degree you've always dreamed about? We feel the fear from even thinking about doing these things and we take it as our cue to stop.
I want to help you understand fear, why we feel fear and how it serves us, and also how to manage fear and build the skill of allowing fear and taking action anyways. You aren't going to get rid of fear, but you can learn how to feel it and keep going.

I want to show you why you feel the way you feel and why we do the things we do. Everything comes back to our minds and how we are thinking, but most of us have never actually been shown how to do this. If the results in our lives are based on our thinking, but we've never been shown how to manage this or even know how to be intentional with our thinking, it's no wonder we don't feel in control of our lives.
In this episode, Chloe gives us an introduction into the basic foundational process in which our thinking creates everything in our lives. Tune in to this juicy episode for how to start being more intentional with your life.

We've all heard about the all or nothing mindset, and you might even be someone who can relate to thinking this way. If you are, then you know that we've also been taught that having a more balanced approach is the key to success. I want to offer you the opposite - I want to help you see that your all or nothing mindset is a strength and how you can make it work for you.
