This episode isn’t cute. It’s honest.
Today I’m talking about the parts of ourselves we don’t want to integrate. The ones we wish never happened. Not the soft, Instagram-friendly shadows like dimming your light. Or even that shadows that focus on what others did to you or your wounded inner child. But the moments where we hurt someone. Where we straight up caused harm and moved on with life, with an over-sized bag of shame.
This is the kind of shadow work almost no one wants to touch. Because it’s not about reclaiming power. It’s about responsibility.
I talk about why it’s easier to face the places where we were wounded than the places where we had agency, and how pretending those parts “aren’t us anymore” doesn’t actually free us, it just buries them.
In this episode I talk about:
• Why unintegrated shadow doesn’t disappear, it leaks
• The difference between accountability and self-shaming
• How cruelty, judgment, avoidance, and superiority often come from distorted protection
• Why integration is not approval and never justification
• What real wholeness actually asks of us
This episode is an invitation to stop trying to be spotless… and start being honest.
