Sugar Freedom Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder
10 drops stevia or 1/4 cup xylitol
1/4 c raw cream, almond milk, or coconut milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Blend well with an electric hand mixer.
Serve chilled.
