I spent years screaming that food isn’t “good or bad” and to find “food freedom”, until I started developing symptoms.
Weight loss resistance hit me hard in 2020, which is where I found out I had dysbiosis, adrenal fatigue and pre-menopausal hormones. Cravings were wild. Hunger cues were non-existent. But all be damned if I didn’t “hit my macros”.
The bodybuilding lifestyle may produce great aesthetics, but the culture will indeed fuck your insides.
