Yet, like many, I initially fell into the "cardio bunny" trap of burning calories to justify eating them. It took a significant shift in mindset, fueled by health challenges like Hashimoto's, to embrace a more sustainable approach to fitness that goes beyond the surface level.
Transitioning from a childhood diet of fast and processed food to a more mindful and healthy lifestyle wasn't easy, but it was transformative.
