In 2015, Susan McBride met a man named Bob on Tinder. Despite some red flags, she agreed to another date. However, Susan later discovered Bob's lies about being separated from his wife. She contacted Stacy, Bob's wife, who confirmed the cheating. Stacy had contemplated leaving Bob before, but he manipulated her into staying. Susan moved on but decided to check up on Bob. To her shock, she discovered Stacy's obituary, with the date of death coinciding with their conversation. Bob collected a large life insurance payout, and while suspicions surrounded Stacy's death, the autopsy was inconclusive.
