When it seems like things are working out in your life, you feel positive emotion. However, when it seems like some aspect is not going the way you think it should, you use this as your excuse to feel bad and to come out of alignment. This can be easily avoided when you give up your need to control the people and conditions in your life. Once you give up the need for control, you regain your alignment and life feels so much better.
