INTERVIEW - BRIAN KILMEADE - co-host of Fox & Friends and author of new book "SAM HOUSTON & THE ALAMO AVENGERS"
ABOUT BOOK: SAM HOUSTON & THE ALAMO AVENGERS will take you into the fight for Texas that followed the massacre of ~250 Texans by the Mexican Army in 1836. Among those killed in San Antonio were American legends, Jim Bowie and Davey Crockett. General Sam Houston managed to rally a small army, defeat Santa Anna at the Battle of San Jacinto, and secure Texas’ independence in only one-month’s time. Gen. Houston’s successes were by no means limited to the battlefield. Gen. Houston went on to become one of the first two individuals to represent Texas in the Senate, and is the only American to be elected Governor of two separate states (Tennessee & Texas).

5am – A/B/CBloomberg appears ready to enter 2020 race - and Dem aide thinks it's 'just what the doctor ordered.' (Fox News) - Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg appears to be seriously considering entering the 2020 race for president. Bloomberg is expected to file paperwork this week designating himself as a candidate in Alabama's March 3 Democratic presidential primary, Fox News has learned. He had announced earlier this year that he would not seek the party's nomination. But in a statement obtained Thursday by Fox News, Bloomberg political adviser Howard Wolfson said the billionaire businessman was worried the current crop of Democrats seeking the White House was "not well-positioned" to defeat President Trump.
    5am – D         IMPEACHMENT NEWS:
Democrats discussing multiple articles of impeachment against Trump. (ABC News) - House Democrats have considered drafting as many as three articles of impeachment against Pre sident Donald Trump, as they prepare to take their Ukraine impeachment inquiry public next week after a month of closed-door depositions, according to multiple sources familiar with the deliberations.
State Dept. official flagged Hunter Biden's 'conflict of interest' in Ukraine, testimony shows. (Fox News) - George Kent, a career official at the State Department, told House investigators conducting the impeachment inquiry against President Trump that he raised concerns about Hunter Biden's lucrative service on the board of a Ukrainian natural gas company -- but was told that it wasn't appropriate to discuss the matter because of the health struggles of Biden's eldest son, Beau. According to a transcript of his Oct. 15 closed-door deposition released Thursday, Kent confirmed that he had no "direct knowledge" that U.S. aid to Ukraine was ever connected to the opening of a new investigation against the Bidens concerning their business dealings there. "I did not know that at the time," Kent testified. "And when I was on a call with somebody on the vice president's staff and I cannot recall who it was, just briefing on what was happening into Ukraine, I raised my concerns that I had heard that Hunter Biden was on the board of a company owned by somebody that the U.S. Government had spent money trying to get tens of millions of dollars back, and that could create the perception of a conflict of interest."
SNOPES ACCIDENTALLY CONFIRMS THAT DEMS HAVE TRIED TO IMPEACH EVERY REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT SINCE EISENHOWER. (Breitbart) - The fake, far-left fact check site Snopes accidentally confirmed that Democrats have sought to impeach every elected Republican president since Dwight D. Eisenhower. Naturally, while confirming this, the garbage fire of fake news that is Snopes rated what is “mostly true” as “mostly false.” The claim is: “Have Democrats Tried to Impeach Every GOP President Since Ike?” The U.S. has had six republican presidents since Eisenhower left office in 1961: Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Donald Trump. The claim is wrong on its face because Democrats made no effort to impeach Ford. While a handful of Democratic lawmakers have introduced articles of impeachment against five of the last six Republican presidents, in most cases these efforts weren’t taken seriously by the party at large. Nixon and Trump have been the only Republican presidents since Ike who have faced a serious threat of impeachment.
Whistleblower's lawyer sends cease and desist letter to White House: report. (Fox News) - A lawyer for the anonymous whistleblower who filed a complaint with the Inspector General over President Trump’s July phone call with Ukraine’s president sent a cease and desist lawyer to the White House Thursday, demanding Trump stop attacking his client, according to reports. The letter, written by attorney Andrew Bakaj, asks White House counsel Pat Cipolloneto to advise Trump of the “legal and ethical peril in which he is placing himself should anyone be physically harmed” because of Trump’s or his surrogate's actions, The Hill reported.
5am – E         CBS FIRES ABC LEAKER: CBS News sparks outrage for reportedly firing ex-ABC News staffer who leaked Epstein bombshell. CBS News is facing heavy backlash for reportedly firing the ex-ABC News staffer who leaked footage of ABC News anchor Amy Robach exposing how the network killed the Jeffrey Epstein story. Journalist Yashar Ali cited "two sources with knowledge of the situation" who claimed ABC News executives "believe they know the identity" of a former employee with access to the viral footage, in which Robach claims her network "quashed" her reporting on Epstein, and that they suspected the leaker was working at CBS News. According to Ali, executives at both networks were in contact throughout the process and the CBS staffer has since been fired. The reported collaboration between the two networks and firing of the CBS staffer were widely criticized on social media. "CBS fired a staffer for... a story that was embarrassing to ABC?" Republican pollster Logan Dobson asked.

7am – B/C     INTERVIEW - BILL CARD - Prince William County GOP Chairman – discussed Tuesday’s election in Prince William and the latest news on the Prince William Sheriff race.
Democrats take control of Va. legislature, 2 DC-area county boards. Va. Assembly races:
In District 40, in parts of Fairfax and Prince William counties, Democrat and Army veteran Dan Helmer won against Republican Timothy Hugo, taking 53.32% of the votes against Hugo’s 46.58%. In 2017, Hugo won by just 99 votes. He was the last Republican representing any part of Arlington, Fairfax County or Alexandria in the assembly or in Congress.
In District 50 in parts of Prince William County and Manassas, Democratic Socialist Lee Carter appears to have beaten Republican Manassas City Councilman Ian Lovejoy. “I’m really looking forward to governing this commonwealth as a majority of Democrats for the first time in 23 years,” he said.
In Prince William County, Democratic Del. Hala Ayala appears to have fended off a challenge in District 51 from former Del. Rich Anderson. Also in part of Prince William County, Democratic Del. Danica Roem, the state’s first openly transgender delegate, appears to have won reelection in District 13, while Del. Elizabeth Guzman appears to have narrowly beaten Republican D.J. Jordan in the 31st District.
In parts of Loudoun and Prince William counties, the 13th District seat held by retiring conservative Sen. Dick Black has been called by The Associated Press for Democratic Del. John Bell. He faced Republican Loudoun County Supervisor Geary Higgins, who said he would follow in Black’s footsteps; President Donald Trump endorsed him in a tweet earlier in the week.
All of the county’s top offices are on the ballot this fall, including the election of a new Board of Supervisors chairman to replace Corey Stewart. Democrat Ann Wheeler, a former county social services chair, appears to have won the race to succeed retiring Corey Stewart, a Republican. She topped John Gray, who branded himself as even more conservative than Stewart.
UPDATE: GOP incumbent Glen Hill apparent winner in sheriff's race, opponent still mulling a recount. UPDATED:  Sheriff Glen Hill is the apparent winner of Prince William County's closest race, but his Democratic challenger Josh King had yet to concede the contest Thursday afternoon.  "We have not yet made a decision on whether to pursue a recount," King campaign manager Katie Baker said in a text message Thursday afternoon. When the last ballots were finally counted late Wednesday afternoon, Hill was ahead of King by 775 votes. That's too big a spread to allow King to request a free recount. If King decides to petition a judge for a recount anyway, it will cost an estimated $4,000, according to Matt Wilson, spokesman for the Prince William County Office of Elections.
FLASHBACK: LOCAL VA SHERIFF RACE: Democratic megadonor George Soros invests in another Northern Virginia race: (Washington Post) – A political action committee funded by George Soros has given $50,000 to a candidate for sheriff in Prince William County, the latest in a string of contributions by the Democratic megadonor aimed at pushing criminal justice reform in Northern Virginia. The donation to the campaign of Democrat Josh King follows more than $1 million in spending by the Soros-aligned PAC that helped tip Democratic primaries for prosecutor in Arlington and Fairfax counties to progressive challengers in June. King is also running on a progressive agenda as he takes on Republican incumbent Glen Hill in November’s general election. King is promising to divert more offenders from incarceration, increase the diversity of the sheriff’s office and end the Prince William County jail’s controversial agreement, known as 287(g), to help the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency with immigration enforcement.

7am – D/E     Donald Trump Jr. blasts 'The View' hosts for Joy Behar's 'blackface' and Whoopi Goldberg comments on Polanski. (Fox News) - Donald Trump Jr. after appearance on 'The View' triggers hosts: 'I don't think they like me much anymore.'
Donald Trump Jr. appeared on "Hannity" Thursday night to talk about his wild appearance earlier in the day on ABC's "The View," saying "I don't think they like me much anymore." Host Sean Hannity asked him why "he even bothered" to appear on the show. "You know, every once in a while you got to try. You gotta try to speak to everyone. Hopefully, they listen," Trump said. "In that case, they didn't." Donald Trump Jr.'s appearance on "The View" Thursday made headlines as he clashed with nearly every one of the co-hosts. He was supposed to be discussing his new book, “Triggered,” but the left-leaning daytime show is no fan on his father, President Trump. The atmosphere was hostile from the beginning as co-host Joy Behar rattled off a list of President Trump's mishaps and controversial moments. Click here for more. After his “View” appearance, the president’s son flew to Birmingham, Ala., where hundreds of fans lined up to purchase copies of his book during his first book-signing event.

Virginia governor to reintroduce gun control measures after Dems win state government control. Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) is promising to reintroduce a slate of "commonsense" gun control measures after Democrats gained control of both houses of the General Assembly for the first time since 1994. Northam said on CNN's "New Day" early Wednesday morning that he planned to reintroduce a package of laws addressing gun violence during the next legislative session.  "Things like universal background checks. Getting rid of bump stocks, high volume magazines, 'red flag' laws. These are commonsense pieces of legislation," he said. "I will introduce those again in January. And I'm convinced, with the majority now in the House and the Senate, they'll become law and because of that Virginia will be safer." Northam said in a statement Tuesday night after Democrats won at least 21 of 40 seats in the state Senate and 51 seats in the 100-member House of Delegates that the "ground has shifted in Virginia government." “Since I took office two years ago, we have made historic progress as a Commonwealth," he added. "Tonight, Virginians made it clear they want us to continue building on that progress."

INTERVIEW - RICH LOWRY - editor of National Review and author of new book "The Case for Nationalism: How It Made Us Powerful, United, and Free"
ABOUT BOOK: It is one of our most honored clichés that America is an idea and not a nation. This is false. America is indisputably a nation, and one that desperately needs to protect its interests, its borders, and its identity. The Brexit vote and the election of Donald Trump swept nationalism to the forefront of the political debate. This is a good thing. Nationalism is usually assumed to be a dirty word, but it is a foundation of democratic self-government and of international peace. National Review editor Rich Lowry refutes critics on left and the right, reclaiming the term “nationalism” from those who equate it with racism, militarism and fascism. He explains how nationalism is an American tradition, a thread that runs through such diverse leaders as Alexander Hamilton, Teddy Roosevelt, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Ronald Reagan. In The Case for Nationalism, Lowry explains how nationalism was central to the American Project. It fueled the American Revolution and the ratification of the Constitution. It preserved the country during the Civil War. It led to the expansion of the American nation’s territory and power, and eventually to our invaluable contribution to creating an international system of self-governing nations.

5am – A/B/CFL BILL WOULD REQUIRE ENGAGED COUPLES TO READ BOOK ABOUT MARRIAGE. (Orlando Sentinel) - Couples would have to read a new “Florida Guide to a Healthy Marriage” before getting a marriage license if a new bill becomes law next year. The bill (SB 682) filed Tuesday by Republican state Sen. Dennis Baxley, would create a Marriage Education Committee to write a marriage guide for newlyweds “to combat the rising cost of divorce to Florida’s citizens.” The guide would complement the Family Law Handbook already produced by the state, which Baxley said did not provide enough positive advice to go along with advice on divorce. State law already requires couples to either read the 19-page Family Law Handbook or other marriage-related information before a marriage license can be issued. The guide would include “resources regarding conflict management, communication skills, family expectations, financial responsibilities and management, domestic violence resources, and parenting responsibilities.” It would also include current information about maintaining a long-term marital relationship, as well as the resources available “to help restore a marriage that is potentially moving toward dissolution.”

    5am – D/E     WHISTLEBLOWER NEWS:
'Coup has started,' whistleblower's attorney said in 2017 posts calling for impeachment. Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a "coup has started" and that "impeachment will follow ultimately." Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, "I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president." Also that month, Zaid tweeted, "We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters." Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that "as one falls, two more will take their place," apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House. Zaid promised that the "coup" would occur in "many steps." The tweets, which came shortly after President Trump fired then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates for failing to defend federal laws in court, are likely to fuel Republican concerns that the anonymous whistleblower's complaint is tainted with partisanship. Trump's call with Ukraine's leader, which is the subject of the complaint, occurred in July 2019.
YASHAR ALI: The White House says the president nor any senior administration official was aware in advance that the president’s eldest son was going to tweet out the name of the alleged whistleblower. I’ve also asked if they approve of his decision to do so.
DONALD TRUMP, JR.: The entire media is #Triggered that I (a private citizen) tweeted out a story naming the alleged whistleblower. Are they going to pretend that his name hasn’t been in the public domain for weeks now? Numerous people & news outlets including Real Clear Politics already ID’d him.

6am – D         Tulsi Gabbard confronts Joy Behar over 'useful idiot' label, Hillary's 'Russian asset' claim. (Fox News) - Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, got into a testy exchange with "View" co-host Joy Behar on Wednesday as the 2020 candidate confronted Behar over her claim that she was a "useful idiot" for the Russians. "Some of you have accused me of being a traitor to my country, a Russian asset, a trojan horse, or a useful idiot I think was the term that you used," Gabbard told Behar. "Well, useful," Behar said, apparently trying to excuse her description. "But that's a Russian term, they use that," she added. After Gabbard defended herself, Behar cited compliments of Gabbard that she saw as objectionable. "Franklin Graham finds you refreshing. He doesn't find me refreshing. Richard Spencer, the white nationalist leader, says he could vote for you," she said. Gabbard laughed and responded: "This is why I'm here -- because you and other people continue to spread these innuendos that have nothing to do with who I am." She went on to accuse Behar of doubling down on "baseless accusations" that former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton appeared to make about Gabbard. Clinton previously claimed that Gabbard was being "groomed" by the Russians to be a third-party candidate and was an "asset" of the Kremlin. "I'm a soldier -- becaus

6am – F         7-year-old at center of transgender custody battle opts to attend school as a boy. (Fox news) -- James Younger, the 7-year-old at the center of the transgender custody battle, has decided to attend school as a boy. Younger’s father, Jeffrey Younger, was blocked by a Texas judge after refusing to cooperate with the child’s mother, Anne Georgulas, as she allowed the child to transition from male to female. Georgulas claimed James Younger identified as a woman and wanted to be called Luna, something Jeffery Younger refused to do. Judge Kim Cooks placed both parents under a gag order and granted joint managing conservatorship to both parents in late October, meaning they must both consent to any medical treatments their children are given. As part of the ruling, James Younger was allowed to decide which name he wanted to be called and how he wanted to present himself.

Washington Post Union Says Paper Underpays Non-White Employees, Recommends Hiring Diversity Consultant. (Daily Caller) - The Washington Post is at odds with its own employees over a report alleging racial pay disparities among Post employees. The paper’s union alleged in a report Wednesday that the Post underpays non-white employees compared to white employees, but the Post’s vice president of communication called the report “seriously flawed” in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation. Collectively, employees of color are paid less than white men, even when controlling for age and job description” among newsroom employees, according to the Post Guild’s report on its study on pay disparities at the paper. The union wants the paper to “hire an equity, diversity and inclusion chair/consultant and form a diversity committee” in order to “hold the company accountable in creating an equitable and diverse workplace,” the statement said.

INTERVIEW – DAVID LIMBAUGH – author of the new book “Guilty by Reason of Insanity” and brother of our very own RUSH LIMBAUGH — here on WMAL from Noon to 3 PM
ABOUT BOOK: The left has truly lost its mind. The party out of power used to be “the loyal opposition.” No longer. Now it’s “the Resistance.” The left, abandoning any pretense of fairness and decency, has declared political war on President Trump.  Waged by a stunningly broad array of militants—the Democratic Party, countless left-wing interest groups, radical academics, the liberal mainstream media, Antifa shock troops, Hollywood, and the tech oligarchs—this political war is aimed not only at conservative ideas but also at Trump supporters, even teenagers wearing MAGA hats.  In his shocking new book, Guilty by Reason of Insanity, national #1 bestselling author David Limbaugh explains how the left lost its mind—and the threat it now poses to us all.
In Guilty by Reason of Insanity, nine-time bestselling author, lawyer, and political commentator, David Limbaugh, addresses the Left’s insanity head on, revealing:
Why socialism is making a comeback
Why social justice warriors are now attacking feminists
How the left hopes to abolish America through illegal immigration
Why rage has replaced reason and social media death threats proceed disagreements
What steps the rational remnant can pursue to secure our nation
