I had the honour and privilege of interviewing Gina Leyva from Canadian Blood Services on this episode of the podcast. WOW! Wait until you hear her stories!!
Gina shares her personal story with receiving blood and then her experience as a mother with her son Michael. Both stories gave me all the feels.
Gina also answered all of my questions about blood donation as I was preparing for my first donation a few days after the interview. She explained things so well and if I hadn’t booked an appointment I would’ve after talking to her.
Finally, I share my first time blood donation experience!

I have been a client of Genevieve's for a number of years now and I recommend her to many. And everyone that visits her shares with me how powerful her work is and how much she helped them.
So to say interviewing her was fun is actually an understatement.
In our interview Genevieve shares her wellness journey that brought her to where she is right now. She explains what her work actually is and how she helps people. She also shares what working with her looks like and what she hopes to accomplish with clients. Our interview is awesome and she is awesome. Genevieve is a certified Medical Intuitive, Past Life Regression Practitioner, B.O.S (Biocomputer Operating System) Practitioner, Craniosacral Practitioner, Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, an Angel Communicator and an Angel Guidance and Healing Practitioner. Beyond that we talk all things wellness and this really is the best! We get into the choice to eat more plant based, the future of our planet, the importance of water and just other fun things!
I hope you enjoy our chat as much as I did! Please share with others who might enjoy it and leave a review!

A short self-compassion meditation to remind yourself to give yourself the compassion you need.
Self-Sabotage is the worst. But self-compassion is the best. Yet, somehow it's harder to say nice things to ourselves then say and do things that derail us from reaching our goals. In this episode I give some examples of how I battle my own self-sabotage and find compassion for myself especially in my darkest moments.
