More and more people are thinking about their own thinking, and that's a good thing because the first step to heal anything is to think about it. The second step to heal anything is to think differently about it. And that's exactly what we're covering in this episode, where I read the introduction to my new book, Thinking Kindly: 7 Steps to Stop Self Criticism and Change Negative Thoughts Into Positive Ones.

Oh man... you know when you find something that's so good... that nothing else holds up by comparison. In this episode of the Wonder With Me Podcast we're getting curious about how just simple it can be and how long it needs to take to clear and eliminate old, faulty, limiting, belief systems. There's good news here! It's not months or weeks. In this episode you'll also hear a short excerpt from my book, Break Through The Insomnia about the promising lures of self help and how it sometimes just might fall flat.

You may have heard my origin story of how I became a mind-body healing coach. I was on a seeking path looking for a way to meet and support people in a specific moment in human psychology. The moment where we DECIDE to make positive, self-affirming choices for our health and well-being. In this episode we wonder about and breakdown the specific neurological cascade that happens at the moment of our unconscious decision making process. This micro moment is the place we need to focus on if we really want to heal our bodies and our lives. This is where we get to reestablish ourselves as the drivers of our own lives. True freedom and resourcefulness awaits.
