We are all sold quick fixes to reach our health goals or motivate and inspire big change in our lives, but these don't ever give us results that last. Yes, you may reach your weight loss goals, have more energy for a while or be able to preform the specific routine or skill you were chasing down but unless we take back our own power and reconnect back to ourselves and create sustainable health change then it is all really money lost and time wasted.
In this episode I am talking about the health rut I am currently in and how all these quick fixes are calling to me at the moment. But I know these hack and challenges don't work. So I am giving 6 steps to help you get out of your rut and create sustainable change that you can translate into habits for the future and a long happy and healthy life.
